EPC project of Guizhou Anjiu sewage treatment station

3000m³/d, of which the first phase treatment water 1500m³/d, the second phase treatment water 1500m³/d
Project background：
Chishuihe Branch of Guizhou Anjiu Wine Industry Co., Ltd. mainly produces Maotai-flavored liquor, and the production wastewater generated during the brewing process is connected to the sewage treatment station of this project for centralized disposal through pipelines.
The process used is：
coagulation primary sedimentation tank → regulating tank → anaerobic treatment system → two-stage AO tank → secondary sedimentation tank → Denitrification filter → intermediate sump 1→ Ozone oxidation tank →BAF tank → coagulation sedimentation tank → cloth filter tank → intermediate sump 2→ disinfection tank
Sichuan Longjiu factory Wujiagou base sewage treatment station project
Project phase：
Construction will be completed and put into operation in March 2021
Project scale：
2000m³/d
Project background：
Longjiu Wujiagou Base is located in the south bank of Chishui River sauce wine gold production area, is one of the five core ecological wine areas of Longjiu Estate, the base took 8 years to build, covering an area of 1200 mu. The construction of Wujiagou sewage treatment station plays an important role in promoting regional economic development and protecting the ecological environment of Chishui River basin.
The process used is：
coagulation primary sedimentation tank → regulating tank → anaerobic treatment system → two-stage AO tank → secondary sedimentation tank → Denitrification filter → Ozone oxidation tower → intermediate sump 1→BAF tank → coagulation sedimentation tank → intermediate sump 2→ multi-media filter → reuse sump → disinfection tank
Kweichow Moutai Yintan sewage treatment station technical reform project
Project phase：

Project scale：
1200m³/d, of which the first phase of treatment water is 600m³/d, the second phase of treatment water is 600m³/d
Project background：
Established in 2021, Guizhou Zhongchi Wine Co., Ltd. is invested by Stanley Group, a domestic leading enterprise in the field of agriculture. The company is located in Xishui County, a sauce and wine gathering area in Guizhou Province, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan and a planned area of more than 600 mu.
The process used is：
wastewater collection tank → primary sedimentation tank → regulating tank → Air flotation unit → hydrolysis acidification tank → anaerobic treatment system → two-stage AO tank → secondary sedimentation tank → Intermediate tank 1→ high-density sedimentation tank → Denitrification filter → intermediate tank 2→ Ozone oxidation tank →BAF tank → high-density sedimentation tank → Intermediate tank 2→ disinfection tank
Kweichow Moutai Yintan sewage treatment station technical reform project
Project phase：
Technical transformation will be completed and put into operation in 2023
Project scale：
2000m³/d
Project background：
Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. mainly produces Mao-flavored liquor. Yintan Sewage Treatment Station was built in 2011, covering an area of 1700m². Yintan Sewage Station mainly receives 1-20 brewing workshops, 128 plants and 492 teams of production wastewater generated during the brewing process are connected to the sewage treatment station of this project for centralized disposal. In this technical reform, the water quality and quantity of Yintan sewage Station are upgraded, and the effluent can reach the standard stably.
Process：
