Budweiser Nantong Beer Heat Pump Heat Energy Center · High temperature heat pump replaces steam
Solution:
Cover the whole plant to fully recover the residual waste heat below 50℃ in the brewery, use industrial high temperature heat pump to improve the quality and temperature + step heat recovery energy balance, return to packaging, brewing and other processes with cold and hot, to achieve hot and cold supply.
Technical highlights:
Innovatively recover the condensing heat of refrigeration system in the food and beverage industry, improve it and other process waste heat through high temperature heat pump, replace steam in the form of high temperature hot water, and realize the combined supply of cold and heat to help enterprises achieve energy saving and emission reduction goals; From the perspective of the total annual cost, the operating cost of high temperature heat pumps is 50% cheaper than natural gas boilers and 70% cheaper than electric boilers.
Energy saving effect:
Heating capacity: 4,162 kw
Operating heat consumption reduction: 28.7MJ/hectolitre (beer)
Annual output of 1.5 million hectolitres of beer:
energy saving of about 43.05 million MJ/ year, equivalent to 1,468.1 tons of standard coal.
