Wanxun Energy (Laos) Co., Ltd. was established in the context of the growing demand for long-duration energy storage both domestically and internationally,
with the vanadium battery sector expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of around 41% over the next five years. This is coupled with the
objective need to shift vanadium from traditional materials to new energy materials.
The metal resource recovery project uses an advanced hydrometallurgical process technology, which includes steps such as "mixing → roasting → multi-stage
leaching → purification → double precipitation → product purification and deep processing → treatment of three wastes to meet standards." The project utilizes
vanadium-containing resources as raw materials and produces vanadium-based materials (ammonium metavanadate, vanadium flakes) with annual output of 1,500 tons
for key application scenarios, and 400 tons of other metal materials as by-products. The production is supported by advanced, safe, environmentally friendly,
and efficient equipment.
