Project background:
Since Langjiu Erlang sewage treatment Station was put into operation in October 2012, the daily treatment capacity is only between 40%-50% of the designed scale. The long-term low-load operation combined with the aging of the equipment leads to the loss of function of the core treatment system, the biogas system has security risks, and the whole system has weak anti-impact load capability. Under the circumstances of strict implementation of Table 3 limits of the "Discharge Standards for Fermented Alcohol and Liquor Industry Water Pollutants" and the continuous increase of Langjiu production capacity, it brings great environmental risks to the operation of sewage treatment stations, and it is urgent to carry out necessary technical transformation of industrial wastewater treatment system.
The process used is:
grid and lifting pump room → hydraulic screen → primary sedimentation tank → regulating tank → Air floating tank → intermediate tank → Anaerobic system (EGSB) → anaerobic sedimentation tank →AAOAO tank → secondary sedimentation tank → Phosphorus removal reaction sedimentation tank → ultrafiltration → nanofiltration → disinfection tank → metering tank
